My son has been incarcerated almost 10 years following an Alford plea. He has maintained his claim of innocence, and recently has been able to acquire proof of absolute innocence. The Circuit Court Judge has summarily denied allowing a hearing. "Mike" has been VERY helpful in compiling the proper mot...ions, and now has the case in the Wisconsin Appeals Court. We are confident there will be an exoneration once the case can be heard, which is why we had to appeal to a higher court.
