I was in a head-on car accident as a passenger in my sister's car. We were hit head-on on the driver's side of car which killed my sister instantly. I ended up with 10 fractured ribs, broken wrist, dislocated knuckle on other hand and multiple bruises. I was in the hospital in Kansas for 10 days ...and was then taken home to Wisconsin to finish recuperating. I spent 3 weeks in a nursing facility and got a blood clot which ended up in my lungs. Spent 5 days in the hospital and then was released in my son's care at his home . I had to have someone come in to bathe me, do my hair, etc. because I had both arms in casts. After the casts were off and I went thru physical therapy, I was released to go home. After I got home the bills started to pour in. I was devastated. The bills were astronomical and I didn't know what to do. My sister said "Hausmann and McNally" really came thru for her in a class action suit and I should contact them. I did. I talked to Patrick O'Neill and he said he would take my case. They sent someone out to get all my info and bills, etc. and after that every bill I got I sent to them and they took care of everything. Whenever I called, someone would actually answer the phone at any time. They always had time to listen and talk me thru any concerns or uneasiness I had. Pat called me regularly and kept me up on my case and was there when I went for a deposition. I felt so safe knowing he was for ME. Pat got me quite a bit of money for my injuries.
