I have had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team for 2 really bad car accidents (9/2015 and 1/2016). When I first met Luke I appreciated that he listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and did not give me the typical lawyer pitch on how he could help me get a large some of money. Instead Luke told me exactly what the process would look like, realistic timelines as to how long the process would take and even step by step directions on what I should do if I chose not to use a lawyer. Luke and his team have been very responsive to my emails regarding my cases. Based on my results from my first case I know that he goes over and beyond to make sure you are compensated fairly. I was with the bigger firm but I was not a big enough fish, transferred my case to Mr. Witte, he got it done, was personable and available for questions and did it all in a timely manner! Thanks Luke!

Highly Satisfied!

Attorney Luke Witte won a settlement for me on a case that several other attorneys refused to take. Luke is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and competent. He always kept me updated and informed in a timely fashion on the progress of my pending case. Luke was readily available any time I had questions or concerns. I found Luke to be very trustworthy and I most appreciated the way he spoke directly to me and was able to explain legalese in layman’s terms. Luke Witte

I was referred to Mr. Witte through my corporate EAP program. I had a unique situation and had no idea what to do. Mr. Witte took the time to meet with me and explain my options. I originally had reservations about his recommendations. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options. I was given the opportunity to make the final decisions. An Attorney that works for you!

Attorney Witte is extremely professional and knows exactly what to do when it comes to difficult cases such as mine. He took the time to negotiate with several insurance companies to reach a fair settlement with my case. I would highly recommend him for his honesty, resourcefulness and knowledge!

A Bankruptcy Attorney you can trust and feel comfortable with.

Would we recommend? Absolutely. Made the difficult decision of filing bankruptcy easy to understand, walked us through each step, was patient and helpful. Never made us feel like we had done anything wrong. He truly is just a regular guy who wants to help you.
