Stress Free Process
Extremely helpful throughout the whole process. My case was a mess to say the least and they helped me through everything making it virtually stress free though the whole process. I will definitely recommend Richard Check to anyone that is going through bankruptcy.

Little to no contact. Won't return calls
The initial meeting was good. Had high hopes. Made copies of all of my documents. Unfortunately they didn't include all debts i gave them and didn't file another form properly. When you want a conversation about what is happening, why, or how did court end up, nothing. Have to wait for documen...

Our experienced staff, legal assistants, and paralegals are all instructed to keep clients up to date on pertinent information related to their bankruptcy case. Someone is always available to speak with clients directly during business hours, and attorneys generally return phone messages within 48 hours of receipt. While we're not perfect, we continue to make strides in improving our call back times and assuring all clients are "in the know" when it comes to the happenings of their case. Would not return $1,000 deposit.
Mr. check is a good bankruptcy attorney but his people skills and reluctance to communicate can be frustrating. He can also be consdesending. He has done great work for me in the past thaogh.

Replied last January 24, 2018Our firm adheres to a reasonable refund policy and always provides for a detailed itemization of work accomplished in accordance with the contract signed by all clients and the ABA rules and regulations. When a client has paid us money and later decides against moving forward with our firm, we bill out for all reasonable work done on the file and return all remaining funds within a reasonable time. Our firm strives to assure all of our clients are getting the time and attention they deserve. Our sincerest apologies if you have experienced anything other than superb customer service and access to your attorney. Thank you for your review.

He never keeps his phone appointments and delegates 99% of his work.
