Do not waste your time and look elsewhere. I have trust issues with people and when I found myself needing representation for a tenant/landlord issue he completely surpassed my expectations. I have had the pleasure of working with Evan over the past 6 months. As a property management firm with over 1200 units we require legal services for our clients which are effective and affordable. I had a phone conversation with Evan in regards to my nasty slumlord. I have many issues & am being taken to court for an eviction, being bullied harassed & stalked by my slumlord. Evan was so very helpful about how to go about this process & standup & fight back. He gave me free legal advice of thin...gs I didn't even know about, links to more info, numbers & contacts to the correct people. I feel a little more at ease about my very difficult situation because of the courtesy & the time Evan took to talk me through what I can do. I would love to be able to retain him but at this time am unable to. However in the future I would not even hesitate, he would be the first person I will call when I can afford to retain him.
