Evan is an outstanding attorney who drew up a commercial lease for me. He was knowledgeable and gave very good advice and guidance. He responds in a timely manner and is very transparent and honest. Small Claims Case

The neighbor of my income property did some remodeling that involved using heavy machinery and damaged my property in the process while I was not present. When I confronted them about it they denied it and refused to reimburse me for the expense to fix it. So I made an appt. with Evan and shared my... case with him and he thought it was a case we would win, so I went forward with it. Evan researched all parties involved, performed all the proper serving work, submitted the case paperwork, went to court for me multiple times, and we did win the case when they defendants did not show up. Afterwards, Evan docketed the case and performed the follow-up tasks such as calculating the interest amount on the delayed payment and communication with the defendant's attorney. I was eventually paid by the defendants.

THE BEST LAWYER IN WISCONSIN

I HIRED EVAN TO HELP ME WITH MY EX LANDLORD THAT NEVER PAID MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WELL OVER 21DAYS INFACT A TOTAL OF 130 DAYS AFTER MANY ATTEMPT ON MY OWN. I TALK TO EVAN HE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE , AND COMFORTING WITH THIS PROCESS IT COULDNT HAVE GONE ANY SMOOTHER . IF YOU NEED HELP GIVE HIM A CALL HE... GO ME THE TOTAL I WAS OWED AND FAST

Speeding Ticket

I received a speeding ticket that threatened to remove 4 points. Mr. Knupp clearly explained the process and the costs I should anticipate. He also gave me best case and worst case scenarios. In the end, he provided me the best case which reduced my speeding ticket to a non-moving violation parking... ticket. Great job, easy to work with.

Landlord Tenant issues

Attorney Evan E. Kunpp has successfully represented me in a very complicated eviction case. He clearly demonstrated knowledge about the law a and intelligence when handling this case. Further, he was able to a great degree win this case, in spite of the fact, that the opposite attorneys representi...ng the evicted tenants are considered to be a high profile local attorneys. Evan Knupp overwhelmingly demonstrated during the court hearing that there was not credibility on the opposite party and their evidence. I will highly recommend Evan Knupp to represent any body looking to hire an attorney.
