Prompt, Responsive, and Honest

I have been in an ongoing battle with a corporate property management company for which I had to break the lease due to "untenantability" reasons and Evan guided me to the statutes and has been aiding in helping me understand my options under the law. He has responded to my questions promptly and car...ried on with me throughout the day as I have a very busy schedule, which I find most helpful. When I need him, he is there and he is honest and candid about the realities of the options available to me, which I value in a lawyer. I like to know what is likely to take place so I can plan accordingly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer who specializes in tenant law.

Highly recommended for real estate transactions

Evan did a great job representing our best interests during a private real estate transaction. Be reviewed contracts, line item edited and provided clarifications, and he responded to all our questions right away. I highly recommend working with him.

Definitely recommend to anyone purchasing a home.

Attorney Evan Knupp helped me and my husband in our first home purchase from the offer-to-purchase agreement to closing. We were purchasing the property we were renting. It was confusing in the beginning but Attorney Knupp helped guide us through every step of the process and represented us well. He... was professional and answered any questions we had. He picked up on potential problems that we wouldn't have noticed regarding our paperwork. He was thorough and extremely pleasant to work with. I'd recommend Attorney Knupp to anyone going through the home buying process.

Got a 26 MPH Speeding Ticket in Racine (I-95) Recently and Evan Knupp Handled It

In June 2020, I was speeding as I was running late from Milwaukee to catch my flight out of O'Hare. 26 MPH speeding ticket as I hit the State Patrol speed trap operating out of Racine County stretch of I-95. I looked up reviews for good lawyers that also handle traffic and came across Evan Knupp. ...He was amazing. Got it reduced from a 26 over $300 fine to an Odometer infraction and a $250 fine. Keep up the great work Evan! I would use him for any legal work I would need. You would think with all that is going on the police/troopers should be focused on other things.
