Evan is an outstanding attorney who drew up a commercial lease for me. He was knowledgeable and gave very good advice and guidance. He responds in a timely manner and is very transparent and honest. #1 go-to for legal help

I have worked with Roney and Knupp (mainly Evan) for quite sometime now. They have assisted me on a number of business and personal items. Their knowledge on landlord and tenant laws is extensive to say the least. Evan has always been extremely easy to communicate with, and have always been quick to ...answer any of my questions or concerns on any cases he is assisting me with. Their pricing is affordable and they make every aspect; from start to finish; easy and as stress free as possible for me. Evan is a very straight forward, "no bull" type of guy and I know that they are working for me in a fair and honest manner, and always keep my best interests at the forefront. They are my #1 go-to for legal help with my line of business, as well as, and legal help within my personal life. I will always recommend both him and his partner Patrick Rooney for any legal help that they can assist with.

Speeding Ticket

I received a speeding ticket that threatened to remove 4 points. Mr. Knupp clearly explained the process and the costs I should anticipate. He also gave me best case and worst case scenarios. In the end, he provided me the best case which reduced my speeding ticket to a non-moving violation parking... ticket. Great job, easy to work with.

This is the man if you want it done right!!

Do not waste your time and look elsewhere. I have trust issues with people and when I found myself needing representation for a tenant/landlord issue he completely surpassed my expectations. He was extremely organized and very detailed oriented! He was very tentative and responded quickly. This lawy...er cares and you can tell in his quality of work. If you want actual legal assistance/guidance then get this guy on your team. This is the guy to help take the weight of the world off your shoulders. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and legal expertise.

Commercial Building Lease

Attorney Knupp developed a triple-net lease with a new tenant for a commercial building owned by our real estate partnership. He worked efficiently with leasing agents, commercial insurance providers, tenants and owners to clarify and nail down the complex components of this type of building lease. ... The end product was solid, clear to all, and cost-efficient. I would encourage anyone who needs legal representation in commercial real estate ventures to consult with Attorney Knupp. What could, at times, have been frustrating and combative between the lessors and lessees, was calmly and deliberatively resolved thanks to Attorney Knupp in large measure.
