Negligent Landlord

I was in an ingoing situation with a negligent landlord who was holding my security deposit months after my lease was up, the landlord was in the wrong. Evan helped me through the entire process, he was informative, honest, and very fast acting. 6 point moving violation

Evan was very professional when speaking with him, he gave his best and worst scenario for my case. So i hired Evan to represent me, i couldn't have pick a better lawyer. He was able to get my citation reduced to a parking ticket. The fine went up but my insurance didn't. Excellent job Evan

Great attorney got us settlement of $11,475

We found Attorney Knupp after our landlord wrongfully withheld our security deposit. I needed someone I could trust, with the legal expertise needed to win. His knowledge in landlord and tenant law is expansive. Our case went past the commissioner, then to court with a judge and then an appeal. We ...won at every level. Throughout the entire process Attorney Knupp kept us informed and explained the legal process very well. In the end, we won $11,475. There is no way I could have gotten this settlement without his hard work and dedication to our case. I can’t recommend his services enough. Do yourself a favor and hire Attorney Knupp you wont regret it.

#1 go-to for legal help

I have worked with Roney and Knupp (mainly Evan) for quite sometime now. They have assisted me on a number of business and personal items. Their knowledge on landlord and tenant laws is extensive to say the least. Evan has always been extremely easy to communicate with, and have always been quick to ...answer any of my questions or concerns on any cases he is assisting me with. Their pricing is affordable and they make every aspect; from start to finish; easy and as stress free as possible for me. Evan is a very straight forward, "no bull" type of guy and I know that they are working for me in a fair and honest manner, and always keep my best interests at the forefront. They are my #1 go-to for legal help with my line of business, as well as, and legal help within my personal life. I will always recommend both him and his partner Patrick Rooney for any legal help that they can assist with.
