I did my research when looking for a good attorney for my husband. I gave all details and history as honestly as I could, spoke with a few attorneys on the phone, and landed on Craig Kuhary. Fast forward to the end of the case, and I’m so pleased with the outcome! My husband is relieved and thankful as well. As long as you understand that he will get in touch with you when important things come up in the case, take his suggestions to heart and follow through, and stay out of any further trouble, you could have an amazing outcome as well! Make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your court dates because Craig likes to go over everything with you so it is fresh in your mind for your hearing. He is also very affordable, and doesn’t make false promises.

I had an argument with the soon to be X-wife. Unknown to me she calls the cops. Claims she felt cornered and threatened. That's all they need. First time in my life (i'm in my 50's) I saw the inside of a cell. She filed a false charge, lied like a rug! I was referred to Mr Kuhary by my Divorce Atty.... I told him 2 things, 1) this didn't happen and 2) review the video recording made by the police. He did, then he went to the district Atty to review and they both concurred, this didn't happen.
