It’s important to thank people whose impacts are so very significant at critical turning points in life. We will always remember Attorney Craig Kuhary’s help at an important time of our son’s journey. During the pandemic, while away at college, he made a mistake and was issued 5 tickets, very disprop...ortionate to the reason for the citations. A wise friend in a similar field, led us to Craig Kuhary. We could not have been referred to a more intelligent, dedicated and understanding individual for our son’s situation than Craig. He learned the best communication pathways and tried multiple strategies over a period of years. He drove to pre-trial conferences through snowstorms on our behalf. He worked so hard for our son, and took time to calm and reassure me, his mom.  After over 2 years, a possible jury trial, and constant last-minute cancelations of trial dates by judges, his persistence paid off. This year, the courts eventually accepted his proposal. Our goal was that our son should not have a lifetime OWI record for a .04 blood alcohol; and it was achieved. Overall, they waived 3 tickets and he took responsibility for his mistake. And then, Craig continued to go above and beyond, recognizing the importance of a clean driving record, he successfully addressed a few concerns that would also affect our son more than we realized. He sincerely cared about our son’s well-being and understood the challenges he was dealing with. Our son is back on track with a job and coursework that relates to his future career interests. When difficult times hit, they tend to be unexpected and spiral quickly, and it’s difficult to know where to turn. We are so grateful to have met Craig and know that our son’s turnaround and success is happening due to people like him. I had an argument with the soon to be X-wife. Unknown to me she calls the cops. Claims she felt cornered and threatened. That's all they need. First time in my life (i'm in my 50's) I saw the inside of a cell. She filed a false charge, lied like a rug! I was referred to Mr Kuhary by my Divorce Atty.... I told him 2 things, 1) this didn't happen and 2) review the video recording made by the police. He did, then he went to the district Atty to review and they both concurred, this didn't happen. The cost was reasonable compared to the cost of my reputation. He was quick, efficient, kept me in the loop and knew what to do. Domestic issues are tough to get out of, but when you are innocent it's nice to know there is someone out there that gives a hoot and listens to you. Craig was a waste of my time and funds, poor excuse for a criminal attorney! He DID NOT challenge the DA on my case at all.. for starters was 25min LATE to my FIRST court hearing. I was left in the dark when it came to plea barging and in the end after spending over 4k I was found GUILTY. SAVE YOUR ...TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN!
