It’s important to thank people whose impacts are so very significant at critical turning points in life. Overall, they waived 3 tickets and he took responsibility for his mistake. And then, Craig continued to go above and beyond, recognizing the importance of a clean driving record, he successfully addressed a few concerns that would also affect our son more than we realized. He sincerely cared about our son’s well-being and understood the challenges he was dealing with. Our son is back on track with a job and coursework that relates to his future career interests. When difficult times hit, they tend to be unexpected and spiral quickly, and it’s difficult to know where to turn. We are so grateful to have met Craig and know that our son’s turnaround and success is happening due to people like him.
