It’s important to thank people whose impacts are so very significant at critical turning points in life. We will always remember Attorney Craig Kuhary’s help at an important time of our son’s journey. During the pandemic, while away at college, he made a mistake and was issued 5 tickets, very disprop...ortionate to the reason for the citations. This year, the courts eventually accepted his proposal. Our goal was that our son should not have a lifetime OWI record for a .04 blood alcohol; and it was achieved. Overall, they waived 3 tickets and he took responsibility for his mistake. And then, Craig continued to go above and beyond, recognizing the importance of a clean driving record, he successfully addressed a few concerns that would also affect our son more than we realized. He sincerely cared about our son’s well-being and understood the challenges he was dealing with. Our son is back on track with a job and coursework that relates to his future career interests. When difficult times hit, they tend to be unexpected and spiral quickly, and it’s difficult to know where to turn. We are so grateful to have met Craig and know that our son’s turnaround and success is happening due to people like him. I called Craig Kuhary when I have received an OWI , I knew immediately he was the lawyer I wanted. We went through my case for over a year , Prosecution getting two different results on my blood test. They sent it off for a third time but with the case having to go on for another nine months , Craig ...got it dismissed. He also got my inattentive driving lowered to a wrongful turn signal which was great so my license or insurance didn’t take a hit. He as very honest, Caring and forthcoming with everything. Though court commissioner Linda Safir & Attorney Craig Kuhary agreed for I to NOT wear any ankle bracelet however, was "forced to wear one" for the "29 of the30 days" of OWI driver intervention program. Also got an apology from the court but received NO MONEY BACK!!!!!! Also though I WAS NOT FOUND ...GUILTY of possible suspended license however, COULD NOT DRIVE FOR 8 MONTHS! And again, Craig Kuhary DID NOTHING in my defense other than saying "I should be able to drive as you're not guilty." Trust me, WORST LAWYER TO HIRE and feel he works more for them!!! PLEASE DON'T HIRE HIM and instead, hire Kim & LaVoy.

Craig Kuhary is a great attorney! I was unfortunately facing my 2nd owi and certain financial strain. But my man Craig came through in a big way.
