David’s Sling

Alan represented me against one of the largest companies in the United States. You are never left in a place with no communication or feeling uncertain. He stays in complete real time communication and genuinely cares about you. He often would make sure that we were doing ok outside of the case an...d I think it’s because he knows how these events can impact you and your family. I would get replies every single time and the replies were within hours not days. We went up against Goliath and with Alan representing us, we were the ones left standing on the battlefield. We watched Goliath fall into ashes. If you are standing in truth, he will be David’s sling.

Outstanding attorney for representation of your rights as an employee

I want to start this review out by saying I had a very complex and complicated case which Mr. Olson did not hesitate to take. I received a very good settlement from an organization I worked for in an executive position, which typically is difficult to fight because of their size, resources and reputa...tion for being underhanded in their tactics. Mr. Alan Olson has the experience and knowledge needed to represent his clients in a respectful, honest, forthright way. He ensures the defendant treats you with respect and dignity throughout an emotionally trying time. He is focused on the end results and is not looking for a quick and easy out. Mr. Olson is a seasoned trial attorney and will not settle just to avoid trial. He presents the facts and alternatives , together you decide what the next course for action will be. The next step decision is truly yours to make, not what is best or easiest for the attorney. I felt like Mr. Olson cared about my well-being, cared that I have resolution and closure for the issue that brought me to his door. He listened to the issue I went through and quickly formulated a plan. He identified the multiple areas where my employer did not do the right thing and we had a path to follow which resulted in an excellent outcome for myself, but not so much for my employer. Mr. Olson is there to represent you. Thank you so much to you Mr. Olson and your team for the work to help me prevail in my case, your professionalism, kindness and respect is appreciated.

Client

As a client of Atty. Olson, he represented me in a wrongful termination case. During the initial consultation, I was overwhelmed regarding the termination and he provided the sound legal advice and direction for me to move forward. As my case progressed, his legal expertise and experience on employ...ment law matters was clearly evident. He was very understanding of my concerns while providing constructive and honest feedback. I was very grateful to have Atty. Olson represent my interests in this case. As a result, a final settlement was reached that I was satisfied with, thanks to Atty Olson’s work. Atty. Olson has exceptional and superior listening, communication, analytical and negotiation skills. Atty. Olson is an outstanding employment attorney who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, honesty, talent, diligence and integrity that he brings to his clients. It is with great pleasure to provide this recommendation of Atty. Olson relative to employment legal matters.

Atty. Alan C. Olson

Atty. Alan C. Olson was fabulous to work with in my recent unemployment case. He offered very constructive and genuine feedback and was a great guide in emphasizing the important facts of my case. I was also surprised, but very impressed that he made me feel at ease when he placed a call to me the ...morning of my hearing. He said he wanted to make sure I was awake, in good spirits and was well rested as I made my way to the courthouse. Most importantly, he reminded me of the things we talked about and informed me of situations that I might encounter. Overall, he was great to work with and I was very confident that I was in the hands of a very talented attorney. Thanks for Everything, Angela

CEASE AND DESIST THREATENING LETTER

I am a Sales Associate who after leaving her previous company was "reminded" in a threatening letter of my obligations as listed in the employee handbook. Additionally I had copied a few files for my client's use. Atty. Olson asked numerous questions to qualify the situation and obtain my stance. ...He then began working with opposing counsel to reach a settlement letter. During the process he pointed out things that he felt could weaken my stance with another judge (who would be unfamiliar with my case) should any future situations arise. Atty. Olson was timely and always gracious to provide updates, even when I was merely being impatient. As I am unfamiliar with the law, he explained everything and had a very calming effect, reassuring me of the things which were very common practices and nothing to be alarmed about. I hope I don't ever need an Atty. anytime soon, but if I did I would definitely go back to Atty. Olson.

"When my mother was facing an issue with her former employer after having been laid off and denied unemployment compensation, I did not hesitate to contact Alan as a fellow attorney. Alan was incredibly knowledgeable of the law as it applied to my mother's situation and was absolutely instrumental in my obtaining a favorable result for my mother in an area of law that I was unfamiliar with. We could not have done it without Alan and I do not hesitate to recommend him to any friends, family members or clients who happen to be facing an employment law issue.
