I am a Sales Associate who after leaving her previous company was "reminded" in a threatening letter of my obligations as listed in the employee handbook. Additionally I had copied a few files for my client's use. Atty. Olson asked numerous questions to qualify the situation and obtain my stance. ...He then began working with opposing counsel to reach a settlement letter. During the process he pointed out things that he felt could weaken my stance with another judge (who would be unfamiliar with my case) should any future situations arise. Atty.
