Although I requested a written retainer agreement and written legal advice for clarity and organization, these were not provided during our interactions. As someone managing personal stressors, I had emphasized the importance of staying informed and maintaining thorough documentation, but this was not my experience. To ensure I had a clear record of our communications, I took steps to document all interactions. Ultimately, I decided to part ways with Mark Frankel after concluding that continuing my case with him was not the right decision for me. While I initially believed my case had strong potential based on early discussions, the results and overall process did not align with my needs or expectations.
