I do not recommend hiring Mark Frankel or Frankel ADR LLC

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend hiring Mark Frankel or Frankel ADR LLC. I initially hired Mark Frankel of Frankel ADR LLC, based in Madison, Wisconsin, to assist with an arbitration matter. At the time, I was far from home, dealing with significant personal challenges, includin...g the impending loss of my mother, which left me in a vulnerable state. I trusted that hiring a former Dane County judge and experienced arbitrator would provide the guidance I needed for my case. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Although I requested a written retainer agreement and written legal advice for clarity and organization, these were not provided during our interactions. As someone managing personal stressors, I had emphasized the importance of staying informed and maintaining thorough documentation, but this was not my experience. To ensure I had a clear record of our communications, I took steps to document all interactions. Ultimately, I decided to part ways with Mark Frankel after concluding that continuing my case with him was not the right decision for me. While I initially believed my case had strong potential based on early discussions, the results and overall process did not align with my needs or expectations. For anyone considering his services, I encourage you to do thorough research and evaluate all available information. Consulting Wisconsin Court News, Wausau Pilot and Review, or other reliable resources may provide additional context regarding his professional history and reputation. Disclaimer: The above review reflects my personal experience and opinion regarding Mark Frankel of Frankel ADR LLC. This account is not intended as a definitive or legal judgment about the individual or their business. I encourage anyone seeking legal services to conduct their own independent research and consult with trusted professionals to make informed decisions.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
