I was facing some card theft and forgery charges. The detectives kept trying to get me to come to the station saying it was just for a statement but I knew better. I searched all night for a good attorney to defend me. I had bail money and a retainers fee sitting just in case I needed it. I did exten...sive research; read online reviews, visited their website, checked to see if there were any issues with the state and prior cases, and when I finished up Jason was chosen. I called him around 11pm and he answered. I told him my situation and he gave me my options and suggested I not got to the station without an attorney present. I told him I'd call him back after making a decision. The detective continued to call me even after I let him know I had an attorney. I guess he was trying to call my bluff-which I didn't pay a retainers so technically I didn't have an attorney. I gave the detective Jason's contact information. Jason then called me and asked me if I was ready to meet the detective. That night Jason met me at the station, and was able to get charges tossed out and down to a non-theft citation. I got off with a warning all because Jason came in like a BOSS and defended me like a champ. I was in the station for all of 10 minutes. I definitely learned my lesson. I thank God for Jason every day.
