Attorney Blumenfield represented me in a extremely complex and challenging list of felony accusations and multiple federal investigations of misconduct relating to employment in a municipal government job. I was accused of criminal intent and behavior but was not charged throughout a 6 year continuou...s investigation involving local government and authorities both City and County, Federal government and authorities, (DEA, FDA, CIA crime lab, Wisconsin Attorney General, and additional investigative departments. I would probably been falsely convicted of charges both Federal and local if I didn’t have Attorney Blumenfield working on my behalf. Typical the average person as I am, cannot stand up and fight for truth and justice because the cost involved to challenge any governmental agency. You just cannot afford to battle for your rights and truths. The agency’s have funds and tactics that the average individual could never compete with. They will draw out the accusations so long that it will bankrupt you trying to defend the truth. But I would not let or take responsibility for criminal behavior that I did not do. I never would have known how corrupt and deceitful law enforcement and our governmental authorities truly are. And they have every legal advantage to lie and make knowingly false allegations to the public and media or whom ever, at their discretion concerning alleged allegations about one’s character and behavior even while interviewing witnesses trying to steer their own agenda. And facts and truth don’t play into this approach but rather any evidence discovered showing fact and truth of innocence is disregarded or downplayed. Bits and pieces are taken from the investigation process and selected for the behalf of the authorities interest, which is not the unbiased and complete lists of facts. So when I met Attorney Blumenfield I was placed at ease with his knowledge and intelligence. He is a true professional and very reachable. I have had used other attorneys for simple matters in the past but never had the same level of commitment as with Attorney Blumenfield. I found him to be kind and respectful, but when needed he is very aggressive to accomplish his agenda for his clients behalf. I can not place the complete list of attributes that are all encompassing of his work ethics due to length, but nothing but incredible services he provides for his clients. If you are lucky enough to have Attorney Blumenfield represent you in any way with a difficult situation know that he will do everything he can to make sure you have a positive outcome. He helped me not only legally but personally to get through a very long process of challenges with a positive ending. I respect him and his opinion and followed his advice which greatly helped my outcome. He is to the point and candid when needed. I at times needed that direct approach and appreciated it greatly. He was doing his job to direct me so I would not stumble and make a comment or have a conversation that would jeopardize my case. So listen to his suggestions because they are imperative to your result. In ending I would hope every attorney had the same skills and knowledge but that just isn’t the case. So chose wisely because your decision as to representation is the biggest decision you will make. And Attorney Blumenfield is a decision I would return to time and time again if need be. You would be very lucky to have him represent you in any matter. A person who I will always be great full to have known and developed a better understanding of many life’s choices and how to be a better person.

Chuck worked to have a temporary restraining order dropped and worked to have an interview with the police replaced by a statement from me. Chuck saved me from going to court and meeting with the police to face false charges. Chuck went out of his way to understand my legal situation, to make time ...to handle my case and to communicate fully with me. I am grateful for Chuck's work and would highly recommend Chuck in criminal defense matters.

How do you put a price on commanding justice for a client? News flash, I would tell you to hire Mr. Blumenfield. When I needed amazing counsel, around the clock and often times more as peace of mind, Chuck was there. As I am by nature brutally honest, I respect that he was always up front with me, ...gave me details and understood where I was in my life with my current situation. More so of what I appreciated was his ability to evaluate my needs without words. He is wise beyond this lifetime.
