My practice focuses on providing clients with aggressive, professional, persistent, representation in criminal, drunk driving, traffic, personal injury matters, as well as other areas of civil and criminal litigation. My over 40 years of successful trial experience has resulted in substantial personal injury verdicts and settlements, as well as acquittals and dismissals for those accused of crime --from the most serious offenses (first degree intentional homicide) to drunk driving and traffic offenses. My background as a municipal judge, prosecutor, and trial lawyer provides me with the ability to focus on obtaining the best possible results for our clients.

Legal case vs. state of WI licensing board
Our practice had an issue with the state of Wisconsin. Chuck handled the case in a timely manner. The state was difficult to work with. He got through all the red tape and we prevailed in the case.
