Mr Helm provided a lot of details in assisting with my setting up a will/Trust. Also made sure that I considered and setup a medical POA which I hadn't though of initially. Had me complete a list of items I needed to include, then provided a draft of the forms for me to review with that information.... I had questions on the draft and sent him an email and dropped off my draft along with my list of questions. And he responded within a day of my sending the email. He then had me come in and he re-explained everything he was having me sign and instructions (and forms) to help in making the beneficiary changes needed by the different institutions/insurance carriers, etc. I was told any time I had questions to call. I comfortable speaking with him and was spoken down to. I would recommend to my friends.

Joe was very thorough in explaining options to us and helping us organize our trust, including a special needs trust spiget in our trust. He presented us with a very well organized binder which put all all information at our fingertips. He is also an amiable person who communicates genuine concern ...for his client with no pressure.

Needed help setting up a revocable trust to ensure our handicapped daughter would have financial support upon our deaths. Mr. Helm was most helpful to help us arrive at the best possible scenario for our small assets to be there ,and still keep us in control of same assets while we are able. We also... felt his charges were VERY fair,especially when we returned for final signing and saw the amount of work involved. We will certainly continue to ask his advice in the future.

Mr. Helm did a great job of explaining the differences between a Will and a Living Trust. We were able to make an informed decision and went with the Living Trust. Through the whole process, Mr. Helm did a great job of explaining everything and answered all of our questions. My wife and I highly reco...mmend him!
