My husband & I were in need of finding a reputable attorney to update our estate documents. Joseph "Joe" Helm came recommended from our financial adviser. i knew very little about wills, trusts, and estate planning when we decided to see joe about a necessity of life we all need to take care of before it's too late. joe made it so simple and painless. he explained everything so straightforward and skipped all the legal mumbo-jumbo so i was able to un...derstand exactly what i was doing. i was amazed at how fast and efficient he and his staff were at getting everything put together, signed, and over.

Mr Helm provided a lot of details in assisting with my setting up a will/Trust. Also made sure that I considered and setup a medical POA which I hadn't though of initially. Had me complete a list of items I needed to include, then provided a draft of the forms for me to review with that information.... I had questions on the draft and sent him an email and dropped off my draft along with my list of questions. And he responded within a day of my sending the email. He then had me come in and he re-explained everything he was having me sign and instructions (and forms) to help in making the beneficiary changes needed by the different institutions/insurance carriers, etc. I was told any time I had questions to call. I comfortable speaking with him and was spoken down to. I would recommend to my friends.
