We are entirely satisfied with the work Mr. Helm did fir us in making our estate plan. He told us the cost up front and what that would include. All through the process everything was well organized and clearly explained. At the signing of the legal documents he carefully walked us through what we ...were signing and how our survivors should handle them when the need arises. He provided us with a nicely organized 3-ring binder with all the steps outlined for our survivors and trustees. The entire process was professional and made convenient and easy, and we think the cost was reasonable considering the work involved.

We contacted Joseph Helm inquiring about an Estate Plan; we were sent some information to fill out prior to our first meeting so he would have an understanding of what our needs were. At the first meeting we went over what we submitted & discussed an Estate Plan that would fit our needs and cost. ... Our final meeting about 2 weeks later to sign all the documents was just after the Covid-19 virus started in Wisconsin. Attorney Helms and the staff went above & beyond to make it possible to get the documents signed while keeping them and us separated and safe.
