Atty. Helm was awesome to work with when drawing up our trust. After listening to our particular situation, he offered several alternatives, explained the pros and cons of each choice and coached us toward the best decision for us. He made himself available to answer any questions we had and explai...ned things in easy to understand terms. His knowledge and easy going, yet profession approach, made the process painless.

Mr Helm provided a lot of details in assisting with my setting up a will/Trust. Also made sure that I considered and setup a medical POA which I hadn't though of initially. Had me complete a list of items I needed to include, then provided a draft of the forms for me to review with that information.... I had questions on the draft and sent him an email and dropped off my draft along with my list of questions. And he responded within a day of my sending the email. He then had me come in and he re-explained everything he was having me sign and instructions (and forms) to help in making the beneficiary changes needed by the different institutions/insurance carriers, etc. I was told any time I had questions to call. I comfortable speaking with him and was spoken down to. I would recommend to my friends.

I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received from Joe Helm. He assured me that this was the correct path to take for my estate and with great patience answered all of my many questions. I had some special circumstances which he helped me with and, to my great relief, offered to ...be a trustee if needed.
