For over six years I have dedicated my practice to criminal defense and criminal appeals. I enjoy protecting the rights of people not only who have been accused of crimes, but also those who have already been convicted.
When you are charged with a crime, there are always options available, no matter how hopeless it may seem. These options can include suppressing evidence or moving for dismissal, negotiating a favorable plea agreement and sentence, or taking a case to trial. Even if you have already been convicted, whether by a guilty verdict or a plea, there may still be options available to improve the situation by filing a post-conviction motion or appeal.

Poor Communication
Mr. Fenton was hired by us 2 years ago, he was hard to contact after the first court date. He did not like to return phone calls in regards to the case and any changes occurring. He is a very knowledgeable lawyer but he lacked communication.

Because this is an anonymous review, it is impossible to comment on the particulars of this review, however, I am not aware of any case that originated 2 years ago in which I was hired and the client was not informed of any actual changes or updates in their case, or in which I became non-responsive after the initial appearance.
