Helped My Son

A Real Fighter

I hired Atty. Fenton to represent me after I was charged with 2 crimes. He looked into every part of the case and explained to me all of my options. I decided to go to trial and he fought hard for me at the trial by making good arguments and asking smart questions of witnesses. The jury found me guilty of one but not guilty of the more serious charge. Even then Jay kept fighting and convinced the Judge to give me probation instead of sending me to prison. I walked away with a better sentence than the guy who plead out and tried to throw me under the bus for his own actions.

Great Lawyer!

Jay was very helpful when I was charged with drunk driving. He answered all of my questions, was quick to return calls, and fought hard for me in court. He helped make the best of a bad situation, and helped me get the best result possible in my case. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding Result

I hired Attorney Fenton to represent me after I was charged with Hit and Run as a felony. Attorney Fenton was excellent and he was able to get the entire case reduced to a ticket by threatening to go to trial. I would highly recommend him.

Poor Communication

Mr. Fenton was hired by us 2 years ago, he was hard to contact after the first court date. He did not like to return phone calls in regards to the case and any changes occurring. He is a very knowledgeable lawyer but he lacked communication.

Because this is an anonymous review, it is impossible to comment on the particulars of this review, however, I am not aware of any case that originated 2 years ago in which I was hired and the client was not informed of any actual changes or updates in their case, or in which I became non-responsive after the initial appearance.
