Joseph walked us through and gave us the assignment to locate all our assets and other related matters to create a trust. When it was completed he had premade documents ready for us to deliver to our various financial accounts to convert our secondary or contingent beneficiary to the trust instead o...f forgetting having both spouse pass and then determine who should handle the account through the courts. He also made sure we had the health care and medical power of attorney documents. When completed he presented us a binder that my family can use to walk through upon the death of the second spouse. It simplifies and organizes all the things the representative needs to do upon our death. His Assistant Kathryn was super good about keeping us focused on our tasks and removing barrier to get things documented. He made it as easy as possible and I'm confident my family will not have legal difficulties with the estate when we are both gone.

Joseph Helm recently put together an estate plan for us, complete with trust and POA documents. Attorney Helm helped my parents with their will, trust and powers of attorney. He explained things clearly and was very organized and timely. My parents were happy to finally have everything up to date and in one place. He also provided a binder with all necessary information, copies and instructions... which will be extremely helpful.

Mr Helm provided a lot of details in assisting with my setting up a will/Trust. Also made sure that I considered and setup a medical POA which I hadn't though of initially. Had me complete a list of items I needed to include, then provided a draft of the forms for me to review with that information.... I had questions on the draft and sent him an email and dropped off my draft along with my list of questions. And he responded within a day of my sending the email. He then had me come in and he re-explained everything he was having me sign and instructions (and forms) to help in making the beneficiary changes needed by the different institutions/insurance carriers, etc. I was told any time I had questions to call. I comfortable speaking with him and was spoken down to. I would recommend to my friends.
