Excellent, straightforward attorney

My case involved a custody settlement. My case was particularly unusual in that my Ex and I divorced in NC, never had a court filed document pertaining to custody or child support, and then we both moved to different states (he to Texas and me to Iowa). I had met or worked with 5 different attorneys ...prior to Tom, all of which were unpleasant experiences. I read Tom’s reviews and decided I wanted him to represent me. I had an excellent experience with Tom. Tom and Cassandra were incredibly responsive, helpful, forward, efficient, and fair. I don’t think I ever waited more than a day to hear back from them or receive a document/proposal. Tom always made himself available when I needed to speak with him (that day, not days later). They clearly strive to provide exceptional service to every client. I also didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg either. I highly recommend Tom and Cassandra if you want someone who will always be there to answer questions and accomplish things quickly and effectively!

Divorce

A year ago Thomas and team defended me when my ex-wife took me to court for support. They were very professional answering calls, responding to email and so on. I will recommend they to anyone who is looking in to divorce. Thanks for all you do.
