Four counties charged Mr. Mueller with assorted Fraudulent Acts and Theft charges, including one count of Ongoing criminal Conduct. There were four independent criminal cases with four different prose ... cutors. This complex criminal case was defended over fourteen months in the various counties (Scott, Johnson, Linn and Muscatine).

Defendant accused of leading officers on a high speed chase while intoxicated. He was also charged with assault on the peace officers. Defendant was shot three times. Defendant offered an Alford Ple ... a (No Contest) to some of the charges.

OUTCOME: 797 N.W.2d 131 (2010) IN RE MARRIAGE OF ELDRED. Court of Appeals of Iowa. December 22, 2010.

Divorce with children. Mr. Viner represented the father. Both parties sought primary physical care. After a 3 day trial the Court placed physical care of the minor children with the father. Mother ... appealed and the court affirmed the custodial order but modified to give mother more summer visitation.
