Grateful Citizens

An appreciation to Jeff from two weary citizens comforted...... "Thank you very much for your representation of us thus far in our case before the US Bankruptcy Court. You have probably heard many stories from many people who have one way or another arrived at a financial place in their lives where b...ankruptcy was the best alternative for their situation. Being two of these people we want to say to you that we are very grateful that you have understood the emotional reality of what bankruptcy can produce. I say this meaning that you are professional, following the guide lines of the law, defining them to your clients in a way that is palatable and understandable to the lay person. Also, you have empathy, understanding the trauma that is brought about by a financial crisis and you have the ability to calm the stress that is present. We believe that you have refined your practice through the years and continue to do so as each year passes. Your practice has made our experience with bankruptcy one that has allowed us to learn and take this knowledge we have been given and put it into practice for the betterment of our lives. Thanks Gregory! I do listen to my clients and apply what I learn. I try to make at least one small improvement in my practice every day, continuous improvement.

Excellent service

Jeff did an excellent job handling my bankruptcy. I was able to get a quick appointment and Jeff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Jeff was very quick to respond to anything I asked him. Hopefully I never need his services again, but I would tell anyone that he is the atto...rney you need.

Cannot recommend enough for bankruptcy in Iowa.

If you're filing bankruptcy in Iowa, I highly recommend contacting Jeff Mathias. I believe he is the rare breed that actually has a passion for what he does. If he cannot help you, he can suggest other attorneys to get you started on his search. Mr. Mathias's web site is full of clear and usefu...l information. I highly recommend reading through his entire site. Even if you choose other representation, it is a must read if you're seeking bankruptcy protection in Iowa. His simple, to-the-point explanations take much of the stress out of the process. After reading his site, I was in contact with Mr. Mathias for two months prior to meeting with him. During this time I sent many questions via e-mail to him and got prompt and useful replies every time. Prompt as in within 30 minutes of each question. Several of these e-mails were sent on the weekend. Again, he knows his stuff. You will receive nno nonsense answers that you can understand and use. I met with Mr. Mathias on a Saturday morning and we completed my entire filing paperwork within an hour. He asked me for the needed information and then he did all the work entering it into the computer. Ordinarily, he bulk submits these filings on the following Thursday. I caught him right before he was going on a week long trip during the holidays. So, he filed that Monday instead. Even during his vacation, he answered any and all questions and concerns I had via e-mail promptly. He has also sent informative e-mails every step of the way through the rest of the process.

EXCELLENT LAWYER

Jeff was very fast & efficient with the handling of our Bankruptcy. He has a wealth of knowledge & doesn't beat around the bush about things. He was very personable & non-judgemental. The thing I loved most was that I could email him with questions any time of the day or night & he would get back ...to me promptly, sometimes immediately. He made the whole process easy to understand & painless. I have recommended him to others that I know & will again.

Exceptional service

Jeff was my lawyer for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case that I filed recently. Jeff was a true professional from the first time I met him. He is very knowledgable of the entire Bankruptcy process and laws. There was no surprises along the way, things went exactly as he had told me. I had many questions du...ring this process and Jeff answered all my questions extremely quick! I could'nt say enough how helpful this was! I was extremely satisfied with the excellent service and professionalism that Jeff provided during my case. I don't think you could find a better lawyer if your thinking about filing for Bankruptcy!
