Made the crooked paths straight...

Bankruptcy isn’t easy to file, not only because there’s a fair bit of legalese to wade through, but because there’s an emotional side of it, too. Deanna understands this, and she really helped us understand the way it worked, what was going to happen and when, and reassured us that the world wouldn’t... end. Nobody really WANTS to file, but if you end up in a position where you do, you’d be well-advised to have a chat with with Deanna. She’ll make sure you understand what’s going to happen, and she’s done this long enough that she can give you a lot of practical advice as far as what you need to do in order to prepare for it.

Very compassionate, creates a smooth, stress-free process during a difficult time.

Deanna was very compassionate during the difficult process of deciding what our options were. She made a difficult, humiliating, and overwhelming time in our lives go smoothly while providing us hope and a fresh start. She helped walk us through the process, what to expect, what documents to provid...e, and kept us well informed along the way. Never once did I feel like my questions or concerns were a bother to her busy day. She always took the time to answer our questions and provide a sense of peace. Very glad we chose to work with her!

So easy to work with

Deanna was so easy to work with. This was my 2nd time claiming bankruptcy so I had a lot of concerns and questions. She responded to my first email almost immediately, answered all my questions months in advance before even hiring her. Once hired, she was so accommodating with my structured schedule ...and she always remained in contact. Her patience with all my questions and ability to answer all my questions gives her an A+. Very smooth, easy, experience.

Very Professional and Very Easy to Talk With

Filing bankruptcy is very embarrassing and stressful thing to go thru; and Attorney Deanna Bachman did not judge us. She was very honest, knowledgeable of the law, and efficient. She helped us thru this bankruptcy, and it went smoother than I would have ever thought. I do not believe we could have ha...d a better attorney to help us thru this most difficult time of our lives. Exceptional Service!

The process of filing for bankruptcy can be scary and confusing. Deanna did an absolutely fantastic job of explaining the steps and what information was needed. Beyond that, I was even more impressed with the compassion she showed as she listened to the circumstances and was a true ally in helping p...ut me at ease throughout a very stressful time.
