Held my money and did not file a claim for over one year, excuse after excuse, knows I am broke, knows I had a valid claim, promised to file at least 30 times in E-mails on specific dates. Does not want to return money owed me, justifies his crap - PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT HIRE HIM, GRIEVA...
