I would not hire this man to defend my dog or a dead rat. I have filed a grevience against him. Hopefully he will be disbarred by the end of this year. I paid him around 3000 dollars. Negligence
Hired Charles around 5/27/19 for child custody case. Paid 1500 nonrefundable. He did not file our case with court. Incredibly hard to get ahold of. After 4 weeks of negligence, we fired him.

DO NOT HIRE
I hire Charles Malette, paid him $2000 on 5/11/18. He did not file my case with court, did nothing but cash check written. After 10 weeks, police report filed and claim to AGC. I find it unbelievable that he continues to have a license to practice.

Paid Mr. Mallette to represent us in court. He talks a good talk when you first meet him. Then he don't return phone calls, has excuse after excuse. Does not file the proper paperwork on time.
