DO NOT HIRE
I hire Charles Malette, paid him $2000 on 5/11/18. He did not file my case with court, did nothing but cash check written. After 10 weeks, police report filed and claim to AGC. I find it unbelievable that he continues to have a license to practice.

Worst attorney! DO NOT HIRE!
Paid Mr. Mallette to represent us in court. He talks a good talk when you first meet him. Then he don't return phone calls, has excuse after excuse. Does not file the proper paperwork on time. Then when you get ready to go to court he says sorry I can't be there I am moving out of town and never show...

Do Not Hire
Took money from me and lied about being able to practice in federal court. It has been 6 months can not get acceptance into US eastern district court of mi. Can not represent me and will not return my money. Lies continuously. I am filing a police report.
