Negligence
Hired Charles around 5/27/19 for child custody case. Paid 1500 nonrefundable. He did not file our case with court. Incredibly hard to get ahold of. After 4 weeks of negligence, we fired him.

I had a child custody case. he just stalled and dragged it out. Whenever I tried to contact him, he didnt answer my calls.. but he took my money fast and was always active on social media.
