I would not hire this man to defend my dog or a dead rat. I have filed a grevience against him. Hopefully he will be disbarred by the end of this year. I paid him around 3000 dollars. Worst attorney! DO NOT HIRE!
Paid Mr. Mallette to represent us in court. He talks a good talk when you first meet him. Then he don't return phone calls, has excuse after excuse. Does not file the proper paperwork on time. Then when you get ready to go to court he says sorry I can't be there I am moving out of town and never show...
