Paid Mr. Mallette to represent us in court. He talks a good talk when you first meet him. Then he don't return phone calls, has excuse after excuse. Does not file the proper paperwork on time. Then when you get ready to go to court he says sorry I can't be there I am moving out of town and never show...

My wife and I hired him when we were sued. He had the case dismissed and accepted payments. Kept us informed and met with us on weekends due to my wife's schedule. I would hire again.

Do not use this lawyer if you want to make sure your child stays with you in a safe stable home.
I implore you to not use this lawyer if you value your child. He will NOT return your calls, he will NOT keep you informed, he will NOT lift a finger to help you past the initial hearing.
