Worst attorney! DO NOT HIRE!
Paid Mr. Mallette to represent us in court. He talks a good talk when you first meet him. Then he don't return phone calls, has excuse after excuse. Does not file the proper paperwork on time. Then when you get ready to go to court he says sorry I can't be there I am moving out of town and never show...

Do Not Hire
Took money from me and lied about being able to practice in federal court. It has been 6 months can not get acceptance into US eastern district court of mi. Can not represent me and will not return my money. Lies continuously. I am filing a police report.

I hired him because he was the most affordable of the lawyers I talked to and he took my case after we spoke. I was charged with multiple crimes and he helped me through jury trial. I was found not guilty. I recommend him. He fights.
