He took our money and lied to us. He said he was filing his appearance but a month later he still did not file his appearance. He lied and kept delaying the case. He never returns calls or keeps us informed of anything. I'm now trying to get my money back and getting the state bar involved. I'm very ...disappointed and do not recommend him. He is too involved in his personal life and on social media way too much. I just hop I can get money back because he did nothing for me.

I had a child custody case. he just stalled and dragged it out. Whenever I tried to contact him, he didnt answer my calls.. but he took my money fast and was always active on social media. The only time he would contact me was to tell me he was doing something new and needed more money (not true). Wh...en I finally got a hold of him and asked him why he delayed, he said his girlfriend broke up with him and he was dealing with some issues. I couldnt believe the level of unprofessionalism that someone with so many years of schooling has! I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE, I CARE ABOUT MY CHILD!!!! I AM PAYING YOU TO HELP ME GET CUSTODY, NOT TAKE MY MONEY AND USE ME AS A THERAPIST!!

Sounds professional on the phone but when he gets your money (in a hurry), you don't hear anything and when you do get a hold of him, he promises to meet your family member, whose sitting in jail and does not show up. He promised Dec 12, 2017 and didn't call or show up. Promised today and didn't show... up. He pretends he busy in court or with a client and will call back and never does. Save your money and hire someone else or your loved one will be sitting in jail unrepresented over the Christmas holidays.

I implore you to not use this lawyer if you value your child. He will NOT return your calls, he will NOT keep you informed, he will NOT lift a finger to help you past the initial hearing. Once he has your money, he gets surprisingly quiet and hard to reach. If anyone has given him above 1 star, it... was because there was little to NO work he had to do. Please do not make the same mistake we did.
