I implore you to not use this lawyer if you value your child. He will NOT return your calls, he will NOT keep you informed, he will NOT lift a finger to help you past the initial hearing. Once he has your money, he gets surprisingly quiet and hard to reach. If anyone has given him above 1 star, it... was because there was little to NO work he had to do. Please do not make the same mistake we did.

Charles is a wonderful negotiator and very thorough. My case involved an extremely difficult child welfare matter and Charlie was able to get me my son. He always sat down before the hearings to prepare and review the court record with me. While I hope I do not need his services again, I would nev...er to call him again or recommend him.
