Professional, Personable, Thorough -- With a Warm Smile

Oliver was recommended to us by an associate who had worked with him on their trust and that of their parent. Because of Covid restrictions, all meetings were online. He was prompt, answered all of our questions, and was delightfully personable and friendly. We couldn't be more pleased with the ea...se he put us in as we plunged into the legal world of our last wishes. He guided us easily and without stress, and answered our myriad of questions immediately and in language that we could understand. He led us to think about situations we hadn't anticipated and made sure we were covering all the bases the first time around. We highly recommend Oliver to help you through difficult times with understanding and compassion.

Great personality and competent.

Oliver Howell, Associate Attorney at Lake, Parfet, Schau in Kalamazoo is very personable and competent. We had our estate matters set up by him. He thought of questions I hadn’t even considered. Made sure he understood our needs. Didn’t hurry us but made sure we comfortable with the final outcome.... We highly recommend him.

Awesome Lawyer

First of all, Mr Howell is friendly and welcoming. He listened to my case attentively and made good recommendations. He also considered my suggestions, and never talked down on me because I didn't know law. He negotiated a settlement deal with my landlord that suited all my constraints. He communicat...ed with clarity both over the phone and via emails. I was not at all confused through the whole process. Most importantly, he showed sensitivity to my problem, and was very encouraging. I definitely would go to him if I ever had a related problem in the future. He is the best, and their office is very professional.

Estate Planning

Oliver has been beyond great to work with, and has helped a hard situation be easier. He is always available for questions and always responds in a timely manner. Oliver communicates and explains things very clearly, and that has been very helpful. Estate planning and dealing with trusts does not hav...e to be stressful when you have the right person helping you and I would highly recommend Oliver because of the above, but most of all because he cares.

His “people” skills, as well as his legal knowledge, were exceptional and very much appreciated. He ...has been very patient, thorough and concise, and he communicated effectively in person, in writing and verbally. The majority of my contact w/Oliver has been in the area of estate, probate and trust resolution of close relatives.
