Sanford Howard Perliss

I am a 57-year-old, disabled man. I was charged with two misdemeanors for having a loaded and concealed registered 9mm gun in my car in Los Angeles. The city attorney's recommended sentencing was 120 days in county jail. Mr. Perliss and his staff wrote an excellent mitigation package and was able to ...reduce my sentence to 120 days of home confinement, and will be filing a motion to reduce my home confinement time in half. If you need someone who knows the system in LA County and can save you from the Fire's Den,Sanford Perliss is the criminal lawyer you need.  When I moved for the first time to LA County,  I had my first criminal case midsummer 2019 due to DUI allegations against my character. Sanford very methodical...ly took my case by following steps of presenting the real information against the police department accusations.  My BAC was above the limit and had allegations of causing DUI the accident. Nevertheless, Sanford took the real evidence in hand and negotiated with the DA and Judge so that I could regain back my peace. Being free on how the charges for sentence read within a police report is not a joke in the judicial system due that human lives are at stake of being sentenced. I really appreciate the work Sanford has done and not only is he an excellent attorney at law but he can teach you a thing or two if you are new to the LA County region justice departments.  If you have any questions or doubts about his expertise please feel free to reach out. One thing I would suggest, if you are new to the legal system please do not rush things and think/analyze all the steps that can help you for the case by having Sanford's advice instead of trying to get it done so that you can get back to your normal life. Though it is an entertaining book to read and has many leads from when he started as a DA in LA County and changed to a defense lawyer; I can say if you want to know more about the system on how criminal or immigration law works within LA County this book would be beneficial for your case.
