Patient, Knowledgeable and Thorough...

My family and I worked with Atty Howell to resolve a complex probate matter...He kindly and patiently explained court proceedings, various probate/VA appointments and composed correspondence in my behalf. Could not have done it without him!! I also recommended him to my brother, who was very pleased... with his trust/will services as well. Thank you again Atty Howell, you're the best!... 5 STARS!

Professional and Courteous

I sought the services of Mr. Howell after the passing of my father, as I have no experience with estates, probate court, or the like. In every aspect Mr. Howell has showed exemplary professionalism and skill, and has made this process as easy and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Mr.... Howell and the services of Howell, Parfet, Schau.

Mr. Oliver Howell, Was just an attourney that was referred to me. I was placed in a situation with my Mothers Estate. He has been a God sent to me, so helpful, kind and I’m very glad to have him as my Legal Help.

He was very professional: prepared, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions promptly, and easy to connect with by phone or email. Within the last 2 years, I’ve had multiple contacts with Oliver S. Howell, Lake, Parfet & Schau PLC/Kalamazoo Law Firm, and have been extremely impressed and thankful for his outstanding assistance. His “people” skills, as well as his legal knowledge, were exceptional and very much appreciated. He ...has been very patient, thorough and concise, and he communicated effectively in person, in writing and verbally. The majority of my contact w/Oliver has been in the area of estate, probate and trust resolution of close relatives. He was very empathetic, compassionate and willing to research and explain the various legal issues and necessary documentation required by law.
