Robert J. Andretz

I contacted Rob after receiving a threat from a hospital that hired me through a third party agency for a travel nursing contract. My original start date had gotten pushed back after I found out alarmingly my documentation and my paperwork required for the job position was not submitted properly for ...the job by my travel agency. After trying to comply with keeping up to date with required documents, I had realized to comply with the full truth my visa not failed to show the accurate information regarding the contract information that was issued to me by the American border patrol through NAFTA. the original message I received from the chief of nursing from the hospital was what had happened to me was enough to form a formal complaint to the board of nursing because I could no longer comply with the job contact I signed to work. terrified, I contacted Rob who wrote a formal letter to the agency and the hospital almost immediately after I received the email. He immediately made my case a priority to stop it from escalating and spoke up on my behalf as my legal representative. At the beginning of everything, he would check in with me and update me on how things could pan out from his knowledgeable experience with nurses having to deal with boards for formal complaints, but as the weeks turned into months we kept in communication in points of time where we carefully decided together what was the best for the situation. after 2 years Rob signed off on my case when no formal complaints were made against my license. Rob remained kind, thoughtful, helpful, and was very calming and trusting in a very high anxiety, moment in my life where I felt like things were going to get really bad. I recommend Rob to anyone, he is truly the best at what he does and wants the best outcomes for his clients. I am so grateful for Rob's support during a rocky time in my life and I know I am not the only one. I found myself facing unemployment and a license investigation/suspension following a period of drug diversion at my former workplace. I found Mr. Andretz while searching for an attorney online after I had an unfortunate situation in which I was arrested for an OWI in Oakland County, with hearing and sentencing at the 47th district court in Farmington Hills. Initially I had actually retained a different attorney that I had found onl...ine and contacted. That attorney basically told me there was nothing I could do in the situation to better the outcome and the best thing for me to do would be to plead guilty and accept the consequences. I again had an unfortunate situation in which I violated the terms of probation 3 months after sentencing. November 2017 I was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in tawas city in iosco county. I consulted Rob and a local attorney. I was concerned about not using a local attorney. I thought staying with the local gave me the best chance of getting a favorable outcome to protect my caree...r as a CRNA. However after months of poor communication and very little movement in my case, I questioned the local attorney about what he was doing in my case. He suggested I hire another attorney. I again turned to Rob Andretz. He immediately agreed to take over my case even though it was months later. He promised no outcomes but went to work. First off, his communication is excellent. He’s always available or will promptly reply to correspondence when he can. When my BAC came back as 0.168 late in proceedings, I was afraid that little would be able to be done to help my situation. Plus, the prosecutor was upset that I had changed attorneys late in proceedings. Rob again was very honest and open to me about my situation but remained diligent in my defense. The prosecutor offered operating while visually impaired. I did not accept at that time because Rob assured me he had more evidence he needed to review. When we returned for my pre trail hearing, the prosecutor offered disorderly conduct-drunk and careless driving. Rob negotiated disturbing the peace and careless driving which is very important because it was a non alcohol related charge. Rob is a excellent attorney with great communication. If you find yourself choosing between a local attorney and Rob, don’t make the mistake I did but instead go with Mr Andretz from the beginning!!!

I was arrested for 5th OUIL after a long period of sobriety. I was extremely distraught as I was sure I was going to go to prison. I called the main office on a weekend and obtained Rob as my attorney. He called me within 24 hours and I gave him my history although I was still an emotional mess. ...He was extremely patient with me but most of all he was extremely concerned with my mental health. We discussed treatment options at that point that dealt with dual diagnosis. We were on the phone at least 1 1/2 hours and a few days later he came to our house after a court appearance for another case which was many hours out of his way. He gave me his cell# and told me I could call anytime and he would get back to me the same day if he was in court, etc. He was true to his word. Every time I called or texted him he was there for me. His team worked very hard for me finding a place for treatment that was suitable for my needs and I was inpatient for 30 days. While I was at treatment he made himself available for any questions my husband had. I was then able to deal with my situation a little better. He worked hard for me with the prosecuting attorney as well. He was excellent about keeping me informed about what the court dates were for and he always told me the truth about my situation. Thanks to Rob I received a short jail sentence and some probation but I could have gone to prison for many years as I was a habitual offender. While I was incarcerated he called my husband to see how I was doing and since I have been released he has been in contact to see how I am doing and to answer any questions. I strongly recommend Rob if you need an attorney for DUI. He not only works hard for his clients but he truly cares for you as an individual.
