2023 was one of the most stressful years of my life. My son and his friends were being bullied and nobody was doing anything about it so I walked over to have a word with this kid. What happened next was a nightmare. Stories were made up and reported to the police and I found myself with 3 charges... and 1 of them was assault and battery! I went through two attorney’s before I found Robert. The first attorney listened to my story but when the charges were filed he wasn’t taking it serious and did not want to take me in for my arraignment. The second attorney was a little better and was able to get a plea deal but I felt he could do better, but whenever I asked him to try some things he was always talking me out of it. I knew that this second attorney was not the person I wanted to help me through one of the worst times of my life. I continued to search Avvo and finally found Robert Andretz, with Lewis & Dickstein. The incident happened in Oakland County, City of Auburn Hills and the court was 52-3 district ct in Rochester Hills. Robert gave me so much attention and had such a depth of knowledge that he shared. He told me he could not promise me a better outcome than I currently had, but even so I realized that Robert was the attorney that I needed to help me get through this incredibly difficult process. After discussing it with my wife I hired Robert and I can tell you now that this was perhaps the best money I spent in my entire life, especially considering that Robert did end up getting me a better outcome! Robert suggested a strategy that my previous lawyer never even considered and I am MUCH better off than I would have been. Robert was able to get me a delayed sentencing which means I am on probation for 11 months and if I comply with the terms of the probation the charges will be permanently removed from my record. I still have to pay the fines, do some community service, and whatever else they tell me to do but with everything I was facing I am very happy with the outcome. Another very important point I want to make is I REALLY feel that if I had hired Robert as my first attorney earlier in the process that he would have been able to get an even better outcome. My suggestion for you is to hire Robert as soon as possible if you are facing any criminal charges. Even if there is a chance you will be facing charges in the future I would call Robert and you will quickly find out why I have taken the time to post such a detailed review. Do EVERYTHING Robert suggests. He will give you specific tasks to do and I found that each one has an important purpose. This man puts his heart and soul into what he does for a living. You can tell he is passionate about his work and he has been an inspiration to me in that regards. I wish you the best luck, but don’t rely on luck alone, hire Robert. -Very satisfied client.

Rob Andretz was more than great and I highly recommend him and his firm! I had a probation violation in Southfield, MI (46th District Court - Judge Sheila Johnson) from 2011. I was not a resident of Michigan when I received these charges. I reached out to the court myself in early 2023 and found o...ut I was classified as abscounded for the last 12 years and a bench warrant out for my arrest. I knew then I needed an attorney to handle this for me because I did not want to go to jail. I had a probation violation on a possession of marijuana, DUI, possession of a firearm under the influence...all misdemeanor charges but up to a year in jail. My attorney advised me of exactly what I needed to do to take care of this matter. Three months later June 2023, he was able to have my drug charge removed from my record under the 7411, no jail time, the same judge from 2011 released me from probation. Rob was available whenever I contacted him by phone, text and email. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis and made me feel totally secure that he was working on my behalf in my best interests. I have finally been able to get a driver's license again. As soon I qualify for expungement of my record, I will be contacting Rob again to assist me with that.

Healthcare Professional in-training with a limited educational license. Charged with DUI, first offense. The details of the event were not in my favor, as the situation was an accident involving a stop-sign and a BAC of 0.13. I was completely at a loss about how to proceed after this happened....
