In 2020 I got an OWI. My original lawyer was not doing a great job with the case so I hired Rob Andretz to assist. Rob did a wonderful job helping me through the OWI case. He recommended several things that my first lawyer did not that eventually led to me receiving NO PROBATION and only having to ta...ke an online course and pay a small fine. 3 years later I received a letter from LARA asking me to be evaluated for HPRP (a program intended to help health professionals with true substance abuse disorders). I did some research and realized how invasive and costly this program can be. I knew I did not have any substance abuse problems, but after researching about how this program works I decided to once again hire Rob to help guide me through the process. While navigating through the HPRP intake process, Rob was able to explain how everything from the initial phone call, to the substance abuse evaluation would go. He is an excellent lawyer who makes time to take your calls, answer your texts, and help put your mind at ease while going through a stressful time. Rob's experience in the healthcare law field over they years has allowed him to become familiar with many of the HPRP evaluators. When I received my list of 3 evaluators, Rob immediately let me know who to stay away from and more importantly who the best evaluator was to receive our desired outcome. Today I just heard back that I do not have to undertake this long tedious program-and I credit that to my fabulous lawyer, Rob Andretz. Thank you for all of your help.

Rob Andretz was more than great and I highly recommend him and his firm! I had a probation violation in Southfield, MI (46th District Court - Judge Sheila Johnson) from 2011. I was not a resident of Michigan when I received these charges. I reached out to the court myself in early 2023 and found o...ut I was classified as abscounded for the last 12 years and a bench warrant out for my arrest. I knew then I needed an attorney to handle this for me because I did not want to go to jail. I had a probation violation on a possession of marijuana, DUI, possession of a firearm under the influence...all misdemeanor charges but up to a year in jail. My attorney advised me of exactly what I needed to do to take care of this matter. Three months later June 2023, he was able to have my drug charge removed from my record under the 7411, no jail time, the same judge from 2011 released me from probation. Rob was available whenever I contacted him by phone, text and email. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis and made me feel totally secure that he was working on my behalf in my best interests. I have finally been able to get a driver's license again. As soon I qualify for expungement of my record, I will be contacting Rob again to assist me with that.

Healthcare Professional in-training with a limited educational license. Charged with DUI, first offense. The details of the event were not in my favor, as the situation was an accident involving a stop-sign and a BAC of 0.13. I was completely at a loss about how to proceed after this happened.... I was worried about my professional license, career, everything and anything. I researched lawyers and came across Mr. Andretz pretty quickly.
