Brian Harold Jean

I have hired Brian in a CPS case which then also became a criminal case, which is still ongoing. Brian has gone above and beyond what any attorney I believe would. He has dug into every possible expert and witness he can think of. He goes into the court with a kick ass attitude. He is also a very st...raight forward guy as in he will tell you what he really thinks, and does not give false hope. Going into a CPS case with the only option they give you is termination, he was very honest with me and has fought for my children like they were his own. He answers my questions anytime and is always reassuring me, because well these are my kids and I'm sure I can get a little "needy". If you are facing a CPS or criminal charge, I would definitely hire Brian, you will get professionalism, and someone who really is there to fight for you. My idea of attorneys has always been they just want money, and are half ass, I can definitely say that is NOT the case with Brian. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Brian after I received a speeding ticket. He was very friendly and didn’t sound like he was reading a script with the questions he was asking. He engages with his clients. He took my ticket and then contacted me when my court date was scheduled. When I showed up for court I was nervous and st...ressing ready to go into the room and I got up to go in but he had already taken care of everything on my behalf. It was the easiest experience I have ever had with an attorney, even just for a traffic offense. Would definitely work with him again.

Horrible, horrible attorney! He doesn't care to help. He will see trustworthy & reliable at first, but it doesn't last! Very manipulative & a huge liar! Does the smallest amount of work nessessary & won't look over paperwork until at the court house. Makes a fool of you & him self. Had no idea what w...e were even going to court for. Is obviously stuck in his own head when his clients talk to him. Everything goes in one ear & out the other. Brian Jean is much too stuck up to listen to anything anyone else has to say. He gets your money, makes you pay more fees (that should come out of retainer) & keeps delaying giving you a bill in hopes you'll give up after asking 20 times so he can keep what he should have to refund! Doesn't care if you're a good person trying to pretect & support your family alone, because at least he gets $2,000 for telling BS & showing up at court house (late.)
