Stick to Criminal Law!
What a shame that he tries to represent Family Law when he clearly has NO clue what that involves! It’s ok to write a come back Brian, all you know is how to lie, cheat people out of money and ignore your phone calls and e-mails! It’s plain to see you are out for the money you can get from single a...

DO NOT HIRE!!!
Horrible, horrible attorney! He doesn't care to help. He will see trustworthy & reliable at first, but it doesn't last! Very manipulative & a huge liar! Does the smallest amount of work nessessary & won't look over paperwork until at the court house. Makes a fool of you & him self. Had no idea what w...
Sadly, this client had unrealistic expectations in the custody case, which couldn't be changed with reason. I continuously explained that the case was not an easy win, and that the facts did not fully support sole custody. I believe that such unrealistic expectations are reflected as such in the star reviews I was given here. To suggest that I had no idea what the court hearing was about is absolute nonsense, as I was hired for a custody matter. It is typical that when a custody hearing is held, the parties will attempt to mediate the case, which is what was done here. The client then agreed to a custody arrangement, which they later regretted. This is another reason why this client simply had unrealistic expectations of the case. As to an allegation that I did not provide a bill; I provided the bill at the beginning of the month, as per agreement. Interestingly, there was no refund to be had. In fact, it was the opposite. I was owed money. I strive everyday to provide straightforward and honest representation to clients, including informing them when I believe they do not have a good case. Sometimes, people want to take their chances, and the results sometimes don't end up where they want them. To suggest that I am at fault for that is disingenuous.
"Beyond his intelligence and dedication to the practice of law, Mr. Jean genuinely cares about his clients."
"I attended law school with Attorney Jean and have nothing but good things to say about him. He is a dedicated and hard working attorney that will get the job done. I endorse him."
