Patient, Understanding, Hard-working
My case ended up being very unique, with a variety of changes throughout the entire time. Mr. Daniel Wood, was always very patient, and adapted with all the changes. He truly listened as we went along, and used that information to adapt my case accordingly. Dan became very easy to trust, knowing that he respected my personal information was huge. I always felt he was very prepared for each situation, which brought comfort to me also. In the end I also had to do some estate planning. Again, he took everything into consideration, helping me to develop a plan which seemed right for me. I would highly recommend him.

We went to Mr. Daniel Wood for Estate Planning. He took the time to get to know us, therefore we knew he would consult and give us his best recommendation on what he felt would be the best documents needed at this time to fulfill our needs. He answered our many questions, and we were very comfortable during our entire appointment. We would recommend Mr. Daniel Wood very highly.

Estate planning
Mr. Wood guidance though the estate planning process was a pleasure. It was something my husband and I had put off, as it’s not a fun subject to deal with, but now all our affairs are in order. Best Peace of Mind
Dan has been incredible during a trying custody battle. Every twist and turn thrown our way, he has been there to give me peace of mind and approaches everything with realism and rationality. He never gave us false hope, and was very straight forward about possibilities. He has been invaluable in so many ways. Long Divorce Made Better Because of Mr. Wood's Counsel
Mr. Wood is a very knowledgeable and understanding attorney. He was able to clearly explain my options throughout the divorce process. Mr. Wood always consulted with me and made sure he understood my opinion before acting on a situation. During my 15 month long divorce, there were many twists and turns, but Mr. Wood was always available through phone or email and his replies were very prompt. He weeded through lots of information and was able to determine what was important to me and what was just the static coming from the other side. He was stern and serious when he needed to be and very personable and easy to talk to otherwise. His years of experience and his reputation with the court were invaluable to me as someone who had never been through anything like this. Mr. Wood has a common sense approach and he will tell you what he is thinking and offer his advice, but ultimately, he leaves the decisions up to his client. Mr. Wood has a genuine concern for his clients and he treats them with respect.

Will and Trust Review
Dan reviewed our current wills and trust document along with powers of attorney and patient advocate documents. He also addressed a number of questions we had. His recommendation was to draft new wills and a trust document which we had him do. He was very efficient, thorough, and easy to work with and talk to. His final fee was less than his initial estimate. We are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend others use his services.

There are not enough words to express the amount of professional care Dan placed in our case. He not only listened to my husband and I, but would build on our concerns to establish an amazing defense to protect the children in our care. His knowledge of our very complex case and the law was impressive and made us feel that our case was all that mattered when he was providing consultation or spending days with us in court. If you are looking for an attorney that will provide personal and trustworthy recommendations and representation, look no further! Highly recommend.
I saw Daniel Wood for a divorce related situation, after having trouble with another attorney. Mr. Wood was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. His follow through was amazing. Through my career I have worked with a number of attorneys. Mr. Wood is by far the best I have found.

Dan was very easy to work with. It was easy to trust him and i was comfortable with him the very first time i consulted with him. I appreciated his willingness to "do it nice" unless push came to shove. His advice and knowledge were right on target, and his caring and compassion were evident.
