Kind woman who cares aboout people and knows her stuff

Ms. Rose was able to help me with a difficult custody matter after several other lawyers told me there was nothing they could do. The difference is that she actually took the time to care about my situation, rather than just sluffing me off and saying it was too hard. I really appreciate all of her... help.

Excellent attorney who cares about her clients

Ms. Whaley represented me in a complicated bankruptcy matter. Several other attorneys had told me that they could not help me, and that it wasn't worth me filing because I do not have income that is garnishable. But Ms. Whaley understood that, even though I was not collectable, I need my credit to ...start improving for other reasons, and did not want outstanding judgments. She agreed to help me when noone else would.

Divorce Attorney

Lacy handled my Divorce, she is very knowledgeable in this field, she did a great job, and I would hire her again if the need arises where I need an attorney.

Legal advice with a personal touch

I contacted Dr. Lacy Whaley, Esq. on two separate occasions regarding two legal issues, with first dealing with supplemental security income for a disabled child, and the second dealing with elder care for an incapacitated uncle. On both occasions, she showed herself to have a full command of the com...plex issues surrounding these legal topics, and was able to help me navigate the, sometimes intimidating, bureaucracy and red-tape that one finds in dealing with governmental entities. She listens empathetically, and makes sure that she understands each client's unique situation in order to meet his or her needs as best she can. I never felt like "just a number" or "just a client" in her office, but rather as a friend seeking--and receiving--advice. I recommend her highly.
