During my hearing, she stated that she would ask questions and present them to the court in a different way if the other side did not have an attorney. During my hearing, she asked only questions to me, never questioned any of his answers, my results were devastating. She presented none of the paperw...ork I gave her to use for evidence!

I am very sorry that you feel this way. However, I assure you that your case was very important to me and I handled it with skill and professionalism. Unfortunately, sometimes the outcome of a case is not what we desire, regardless of how we feel it should turn out. Will represent you well!

Lacy is very professional and understanding. She's very good at taking on a role that you need (i.e. won't come in with guns blazing if you don't want a completely aggressive representation, but will stand up for you), is knowledgable on the facts, and is positive but realistic in presenting what yo...u should expect as an outcome (i.e. offers much hope, without sugarcoating, and based on facts - doesn't just tell you what you want to hear). We didn't take our issues to court, but I would have been confident if it had come to that. I recommend!
