We met Joe (he lets us call him that, 'cause he's cool that way) a couple years back when we had a contract dispute with a company in another state. At our first meeting he listened closely and more importantly spoke very honestly about our situation, his plan, the goal he was working towards and th...e possible issues that could come up with an interstate case. We never faced those issues because his plan worked and the goal reached was better than expected. Later, when an IRS issue developed, Joe was the first one we called. Again he gave us the lowdown on our situation, his plan and expected outcome. Again, we were more than pleased with what happened. When another problem with an agency in another state reared its ugly head, we called Joe in. After looking things over he quickly told us that the issue was out of his hands due to the case being out of state but he did not abandon us or the case. He worked with us collecting our info and then found us an attorney in that state that was most qualified to handle our case. Thanks to Joe and his help in finding our new representation everything ended better than expected. Like any attorney, Joe is busy and can't answer every phone call but he is never out of reach for long. Many times during a case it was us returning his calls and emails because he was on top of the situation constantly keeping us informed of any changes or requesting needed information. Joe is our only attorney (well, in Texas) because he has earned our trust. No matter what the situation is we believe it will be well taken care of when put in his hands. If he is not expert in the area of the issue, we know he will be when the time comes. If he needs to call in any help, we know that they can be trusted as well
