From the moment we started working with Lacy, her advice was clear, concise, and, as we came to learn through our own research, accurate. She helped our LLC file its first trademark and wrote and submitted cease and desist letters on our behalf to another organization that was infringing upon that tr...ademark. Whether verbal or written, her communication is stellar, prompt, and always friendly. Attorneys often get a bad reputation, but Lacy is doing her part to show the craft in a more humane light. She has earned our respect and appreciation many times over, so we highly recommend her. We chose to write this review anonymously simply because our case is still open. Hired Lacy for my child custody case. She was well prepared and had my child's best interest in mind. She was very responsive and quick to respond to all of my questions. She is a great listener who did exactly what I wanted. She wasn't afraid to be honest, but did it in a way that didn't come across... as being mean or cut throat. We were successful in our case and I have Lacy to thank for that result.

I was looking for a lawyer online and Lacy was the one that responded quickly. I think it was a weekend and she still called . I told her what I needed and we made an appointment for that upcoming week . Her office was easy to find and in a nice building. I showed her the legal letter I got in the ma...il and she said she would represent me . She gave me an overview of what to expect and set a fee for the service . We met twice to go over the case . She supplied me with written instructions for the information I needed to get for the case which helped since I was feeling very stressed . She was always available by phone during this time for questions . On the day of the court case I was a mess but she was steady on and even keeled in front of the mediator . She spoke very well and always kept her composure even when my ex was quite disruptive . We ended up in a second court appearance ( which was not our fault ) . So we met again to go over things and again she was very calm for me . Lacy had written a brief that the judge commented on during this second court appearence saying it was very well written . She knows the law. The judge was pretty much ready to rule and she asked if there was anymore testimony .Lacy could have said no because it was clear we were winning but she put me on the stand so I could at least have my side on record . I needed that . She went over and above what most attorneys would have done to secure information needed for court . I know this because the reason I needed her was due of my original divorce lawyer not doing enough . She was very well prepared and had me well prepared also . I will keep her as my lawyer for other issues such as my will.
